Terms & Conditions
By registering for events organized by Retrod (“we”, “us”, or “the Organizer”), you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms & Conditions. Registration is subject to the rules and policies set below.
- Eligibility: You must provide accurate, complete and truthful information at registration. Providing false or misleading information may result in cancellation without refund.
- Payment: The registration fee for this event is ₹799. Your registration is confirmed only after successful payment.
- No Refunds: Payments are non-refundable and non-transferable, except as explicitly stated in the Cancellation & Refund Policy below.
- Changes to Event: The Organizer may change the date, venue, schedule, format (in-person/virtual) or speakers. Registrations will remain valid for rescheduled dates unless otherwise notified.
- Intellectual Property: All event content, presentations and materials are owned by the Organizer or its licensors. You may not copy, distribute or republish materials without prior written permission.
- Code of Conduct: Participants are expected to behave respectfully. The Organizer reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any participant for misconduct without refund.
- Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Organizer operates.
Privacy Policy
We respect your privacy. This statement explains how we collect, use and protect your personal data when you register for an event.
- Information Collected: Name, email, phone number, organisation, payment transaction details and any information you submit during registration.
- Purpose: We use your data to process registrations and payments, communicate event information, issue tickets/receipts, and for legitimate business and administrative purposes.
- Third-Party Processors: Payment processing is handled by third-party payment gateways (for example, Easebuzz). We do not store raw card details. Please review the payment provider’s privacy terms for more information.
- Retention: We retain registration and transaction records as required for accounting, legal and customer-service purposes.
- Your Rights: You may request access, correction or deletion of your personal data subject to legal and operational requirements. Contact us at connect@techintourism.com.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
All registrations are subject to the following cancellation and refund rules. Please review before completing your registration.
- No Refunds: Registration fees are strictly non-refundable. Once payment is authorized and confirmed, no refunds will be provided for any reason, including cancellation, no-show, travel problems or schedule conflicts.
- Transfers: If you cannot attend, you may request a transfer of your registration to another individual by emailing connect@techintourism.com at least 7 days prior to the event. Transfers are subject to approval and may incur administrative charges.
- Event Cancellation by Organizer: If the Organizer cancels the event, registrants will be offered either (a) credit to attend a future event, or (b) a refund at the Organizer’s discretion. In the event of a force majeure (acts of God, government restrictions, epidemic/pandemic measures, etc.), the Organizer’s liability is limited to the options above.
Disclaimer
Participation in the event is voluntary. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Organizer is not liable for any loss, injury, damage, delay, or expense incurred as a result of attending the event, travelling to/from the event, or relying on event content. Event schedules, speakers and content may change without notice.
